None of the images and no part of this content may be used without the prior written permission of Mrs. Sarah Dightam, Founder of Magnolia Photography UK, including copying, duplicating, printing, publishing (including virtually, i.e. on a website), reproducing, storing, distributing, or transmitting by any means what so ever, at any time.
If you have previously been a client/and or worked with me at any time, if you are using or contain web versions of your images and/or images provided on a CD you are not allowed to crop web content at any time unless within written agreement from Mrs. Sarah Dightam, these actions are otherwise forbidden indefinitely.
Therefore web images (images with/without borders but have the Magnolia Photography, name, logo or copyright text on) are allowed to be used throughout the web only, as full images and not cropped, edited, modified or tampered with at any time in any way, shape or form.
You should have read the readme provided on every disc outlining your usage rights and confirming the points outlined in this declaration.
You are also not allowed to distribute copy, duplicate, publish (including virtually, i.e. on a website), print, reproduce, store, distribute, or transmit by any means what so ever, at any time. Non-copyrighted CD content (images that were provided on a disc to you with the Magnolia Photography writing/logo or website on with or without any borders) without the written permission of Mrs. Sarah Dightam.
*NOTE* For people with non-copyrighted images on disc:
Usually you will have confirmed printing rights to be able to print non-copyrighted CD images as many times as you wish for as long as you wish, but this is forbidden if you have not been declared as having such rights from Mrs. Sarah Dightam.
Legal action can and will be taken against anyone who has or are abusing this declaration in any way, shape or form.
